Terms of use

Mazhar Elakhras is a free listings site. We don't own, inspect or sell the cars, parts or services listed, and we're not a party to any sale. Buyers and sellers deal directly with each other.

Sellers must own or be authorised to sell listed goods or offer listed services, and describe them honestly. Car listings must include registration or VIN. Businesses must identify themselves, honour applicable Australian Consumer Law obligations, and accurately state condition, compatibility, pricing and service qualifications. Ordinary listings are free. We may remove listings that are misleading, illegal or abusive.

Use messages only to discuss listings. Don't send spam, scams or abuse. We may suspend accounts that do.

Contact details will be added before launch.
